TelMar Royal Villa with Private Pool

AN EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT STAY... Negative: This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience from start to finish. We arrived to find the property in a completely unacceptable and unhygienic condition. The floors were dirty, toilets unclean, outdoor area filthy, and the barbecue was left with old food residue. The furnishings were dusty, the bath mat was dirty, and overall it was clear the property had not been cleaned or prepared before our arrival. The bed linen did not appear clean and was wrinkled, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene. The beds themselves were extremely uncomfortable, and during the night, the wooden supports under one of the mattresses actually broke while we were sleeping, which was both alarming and unacceptable. A cleaner was only brought in after we complained to clean only outdoors, meaning we lost a significant part of our day waiting for the property to be brought to a basic standard. The outdoor pillows for some furniture were so bad that the host and cleaner threw them away. The electrical curtain that opens up to the main area of the outdoor area was broken and only after 24hrs they came to fix it. So we didn't have a comfortable access for the outside area. We were told we could leave with a full refund, which clearly confirms the property was not in a suitable condition. However, this was not a realistic option for us. We were travelling with three children and a baby, had already purchased groceries for several days, and had arranged time off work and travel from another city. Relocating at that point was extremely difficult. While the host was polite, the property owner showed no willingness to take responsibility or offer a fair resolution, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this property falls far below acceptable standards in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience. We would strongly not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Perfect!! Positive: Clean, everything just like the pictures Negative: Nothing

Positive: Willa była bardzo czysta a Pani Anastazja niezwykle pomocna. Bardzo miłe wrażenie zrobiły na nas koty z sąsiedztwa, które zachowywały się jak gospodarze :). Obiekt nie ma bezpośredniego wyjścia na plażę jednak morze jest tak blisko, że szum fal usypiał nas co wieczór. Negative: Brak ekspresu do kawy, jednak w kuchni było wszystko co potrzebne nie tylko w zakresie innych sprzętów ale również produktów typu kawa, cukier, sól itp.
