Negative: Host found forgotten item then refused to return it The stay was ruined by an extremely unpleasant post-checkout experience. I left my wallet in the unit, and the host sent a photo proving it was in their possession. After that, they started making excuses and wasting my time. Even though I offered to arrange and fully fund the shipping, the owner couldn't be bothered to make the slightest effort to send it back. They showed zero professionalism and a complete lack of basic empathy. I strongly advise avoiding this accommodation.

Positive: The apartment itself was clean, but unfortunately, there were several important issues with the building and the communication from the owner. The entrance to the building was very dirty, and the stairways were also extremely dirty. On the 4th and 5th floors, there was no lighting at all, which was very inconvenient, especially when using the stairs. The biggest problem was the elevator. The owner gave us the impression that it was only temporarily out of service due to maintenance, but we later found out that it had apparently been broken for about a month. We were not informed about this before our arrival, which we found very disappointing, especially since we were staying on a high floor. The apartment itself was clean, but apart from that, there was not much positive to say. Better communication and more honesty about the condition of the building and the elevator would have made a big difference.
