Positive: The apartment was very clean, newly renovated, and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything inside was modern and in excellent condition. The communication with the host was excellent. He was very understanding about the elevator issue, very supportive, and even offered us a free cancellation because the problem could not be fixed on the same day. We really appreciated his professionalism and the way he handled the situation. Negative: Unfortunately, the building elevator was not working during our stay, and we were informed that maintenance would not be able to fix it on the same day. Because of this, we had to change apartments. In addition, the entrance and common areas of the building were very dirty and did not give a good first impression. This was disappointing, especially because the apartment itself was very clean and nicely renovated.

הדירה עצמה הייתה אחלה ההגעה אליה, החווית לילה שלנו לא הייתה טובה Positive: הדירה ממש אחלה מרווחת מאוד עם 3 חדרי שינה נקייה Negative: קומה 5 לא הייתה מעלית ולא עדכנו אותנו. היינו עם ילדים מזוודות. חדר מדרגות מזויע הגענו באמצע הלילה והייתה חוויה לא טובה
